User's guide / Mark #1: color harmony
Putting the mark of this criterion is based on determining the degree of harmony of colors on the web-page.
Harmonious colors are colors that are located equidistant from each other on the color wheel.
Also, it is assumed that the number of harmonious colors perceived by the human eye is no more than 6.
Based on this theory, the program is constructed the color spectrum of web-page. Then produced the search for harmonizing shades,
which most closely approximates snapshot of web-page.
The resulting score is higher, if the more colors of web-page is located near the harmonizing colors.
At the same time, foreign colors, located far from the harmonious colors on the color wheel,
may reduce the overall mark of this criterion.
Note that by itself the number of harmonious colors on the web-page does not affect the final mark.
